I'm setting up my tank and it has 2 corner overflows with 2" bulkheads, my sump has 2 1" inlets.. I'm stuck on how to connect the 2 together since the bulkheads are bigger than the sump inlet.. Any ideas?

Go to your local hardware store, Lowes, Home Depot or Menards. They sell tons of stuff in the plumbing department that will reduce the 2" down to 1".

Threaded, slip, you name it.

Drill 2" holes in your sump and use a 2" bulkhead. You'll get a lot more flow than reducing them down to 1".

my sump can't handle a 2" inlet, neither can my return pump - any other ideas?

nope.. those are your only options that make sence...

You shouldn't have to change anything for your pump. Just do like the others have said and get a couple of 2" to 1" reducers and you should be good. They should be around $2 each at Lowes or Home Depot.
