How to fatten up a fish?

I hope you have a big tank with a lot of cover, adult Ctenopoma tend to be extremely aggressive to each other. Unfortunately, I had to learn that the hard way.

Also frozen foods are a fast way to fatten them up

Once they're grown out to the point where I feel comfortable releasing them in a tank with largish bichirs in it, they'll be in a 150. If fighting becomes a problem, one of them will become a gift to the LFS. For now, they seem to actually stick together.

Have any specifics on "frozen foods?" Frozen... pizza? Frozen... lasagna? Snickers Ice Cream bars? Take them out to baskin robins?

I used blood worms, glass worms, mysis shrimp, and beef heart mainly
