Like above says pretty much I have a lil showing when I flex I got it by accident. Am 14 and almost 6' so I don't want to get stunted for basketball. Is there any way to get them to really show without weights and equipment ?Thanks!
Shouldn't be too tough, especially if you're already thin. Just run and stay healthy, then do a lot of exercises involving the abs (sit-ups, crunches, etc...). That's pretty much what I did around your age and it seemed to work pretty well.
There's not a really a set amount, and to be honest there's no guarantee they'll do the job. Just remember to pace yourself, don't overwork yourself or you'll get nowhere. It'll definitely be harder without lifting but it can be done. Try a few different workouts, see what works for you. Above all, stay healthy and eat well. No matter how much exercise you get, you're not going to accomplish anything if you're eating junk food all day.
who cares about fitness as long as your healthy it doesnt matter..but do the regular sit ups? it sounds weird to say that fitness isnt important but like i said if your healthy it doesnt really matter but if you are going military it matters and it matters for me for that reason im a teen which is another reason im saying it doesnt matter to have abs till your at least 18..
