How to get a six pack without getting stunted?

sit ups? when i was your age man, i had an 8pack and i never did anymore sit ups beyond what p.e. required of me. Either join a sport or just exercise. Good cardio at your age will create a 6pack because of your already high metabolism. i was always active, 3 baseball teams a year, basketball everyday of my life, bmx biking just to name a few.
 
Well I can do 50pushups and 50situps stright so to pace add +20 each week? How about musle is thay possible without weights? I drink a ton of milk and eat decent.i had a outdoor ed camp these past 3 days and we swam and ya girl(s) pretty much sums it up and going to the movies next friday so I gatta be ready(; (an no no in the sick minded way)
 
Yeah, you could definitely build muscle without lifting, obviously not as much as you could with lifting, but still a good amount. Although, having abs is just as much about staying thin/healthy and doing a lot of cardio as it is building muscle. Like ballin said, if you just exercise it shouldn't be too hard. Sit-ups and other exercises like that wouldn't hurt though, just do whatever you feel comfortable with. Everybody's different, we can't tell you exactly much exercise you'd need to do. Just be smart about it.
 
supine alternating leg exercise, and the bent knee unsupported sit up.

also could get a medicine ball and do sit ups while throwing it against a wall so it bounces back into your hands.

or, youtube "parkour"...GREAT natural all-body workout at NO COST at all.
 
RUN !!! Running is soooo good for your abs and core strength. Im 39 and run 40 miles a week. Ive lost 50 lbs in the past 18 months and the 6 pack is in effect.

Stand up paddling is really good also.
 
Core work and more than just sit ups, there are tons of ab workouts you can do to get more definition. Look on youtube. P90x has a good workout called ab ripper x...tough but works wonders.
