How to get financial help?

A second job may be the best way to increase your income. The only way to obliterate bad credit is to begin building good credit. You can do that by paying ALL bills on time and saving money. If your credit is so bad that you cannot get a loan you will need to put yourself into a position where you don't need a loan. I know that sounds dumb, but there are many contracts you can sign to re-establish credit, such as rental leases, equipment rental, cellphones, savings/checking accounts etc. Contact your creditors and try to establish a payment plan, even if it has gone into collection.

You may need to relinquish private transportation if it is too expensive right now. Having worked jobs before that took up to 70+ hours a week, a second job is unpalatable but perhaps necessary. You'd be amazed how little money you spend when you are too tired to go out and spend any!

It may help to contact a non-profit debt assistance corporation and ask for specific advice on improving your credit score. Getting a copy of your credit report may also allow you to see exactly which debits must be closed, paid off, or negotiated.

Try to sell the car to the garage shop and to renegotiate your lona with the financing entity. Sart from there. You're young, I hope healthy, life is in front of youm and you can be sure life is not going to end. Things will improove.

Just cut a long loss short and let go of the things that are costing you money.

You have a job, you pay your food, you don't sleep out in the open. You have nothing to tyour name but it means that there is nothing that can be taken away from you.

Again, let go of the damn car, refinance the debt and start all over!! And remember , always, that everything, but everything, except death, has a solution. Think positive and go get them!!

Kinda hard to sell a car when the bank has the title. I'm not too worried, the guy said it can sit there as long as it needs to (The company I work for provides thier computer services, I've already gotten quite a discount on the repairs as it is.)
Sides, I'll have be old bug up and running soon (1965 VW beetle convertible) I plan on selling that for a good amount of money. I hate to have to, but it's what I'm gonna have to do.

Try to get the company that has the loan on your car to roll this repair into the loan.... also please start listening to this guy... read his book and maybe call him on his show.

Essentually... the whole front end. Yeah. Well, long story short, was in an accident. By the time the insurance check for it came The tranny in the other car we had went, AND I had to pay for an emergency surgury for one of my pets at the same time. Alot of very expensive stuff happened at the same time. I ended up using the check from the ins to cover stuff of higher priority than my car. Was my choice, I don't regret it. Sure, we could have tried to plan a little better, but it is in the past now and other than the car sitting in the shop we don't have any outstanding debts.
Good news though, the BF just got a new job that pays almost twice what he was making before! He starts monday! That will help out immensly.
It's all good. Sure I will still have to wait to get my car back, but the important thing is we're comfy where we are.
