How to get fish to eat in a big tank

Try threading cut talapia on a length of fishing line with no knot at the end.
Move the line back and forth across the tank trying to mimic the actions of a live fish.
I have had luck doing this in the past with predators. Most fish can't resist something that moves and wriggles.
May not work first time but persevere and it might help.

I do similar but use a hook that I cut and bent to make a straight metal piece. Stick a chunk of frozen fish on there and essentially fish for your fish. However, I did this with gar so I could tug on the string and the hook would pull right out, not sure if I would advise using the hook with pima. But the above suggestion would work well!

Would be worried the hook might come off
