How to get hired and who does the hiring ?

in my experience we did not. Like i said, if you didn't pass, your application was dropped and i wasn't even able to see it. I've had people who worked for me for years and left for college and would want to come back for holidays and they'd fail the questionnaire and i wouldn't be able to hire them back

I don't think when you call really matters. Earlier in the day is probably better. i know i hated it when people called on weekends but that's just me.

both. usually more personality, basic math, work ethic and morals.

ya that's how I do it, that's why I take them when wide awake.
