How to get Jacks to breed

I just bought 4 blue gene juvie jacks around 4". There are 2 males and 2 females. I put them in my 55. I'd like to get a pair established and sell the rest.

I noticed that the larger male is dominant and more aggressive, the others looked like they had some scar in some way (noting too bad) and the big male was untouched. I heard some splashing when the lights were off and divided the aggressive male to hopefully take away any fighting that would have happened at night. What is the best way of establishing a pair. Leaving all 4 together and removing the ones that are getting picked on?

Well overnight I determined that the large female is also aggressive to the two she was left with over night.

So I divided the 2 large ones together and the smaller together. The large ones seem to get along. The smaller ones I'm unsure but they are just hiding.

I have a larger male jack on the other side of the pair and they seem to be trying to lip lock through the divider. Hopefully this is a good sign that the pair is bonding together trying to get rid of the others to spawn.
