how to get purple rocks???

just wondering how do u get purple on your rocks and is there a way to speed up the process i wanted my whole back wall of the nano tank to be purple, is this possible or is it just a dumb idea... the tank is for my mom so i want it to look really good!!!

if you wanted to make the whole back wall of your tank to be purple then you probably have to add texture to the glass... something for the coraline algae to grow onto... preferably a porous mixture...
they also have little acrylic sheets that already have coraline growing on it, you slip it into your filter and make sure the tank has enough water flow to spread the seeed..

a great method you can also take a rock with growth on it position it just below the out flow of a powerhead and spread the gametes as well
