I live in Florida and I have 3 tanks in my garage. I have a ceiling fan over my tanks and I leave the window open. So far I haven't had any issues.

Add a couple of those CPU fans above the tank.

I have this issue as well with my 450 being in the garage. I pretty much unplug all my heaters during the whole summer and my tank's temp stays at 85F. I leave the garage back door open and regular house hold fans for better air circulation.
