LoL looks like you got this problem in your girlfriends huh.. btw i never said if a girl puts her boobs in front of the mirror 5 to 15 minutes a day, they will get bigger. I think you don't understand on what i said... i meant to say is the FH humps is same as girl breast if its small then it wont make bigger because it was a gene, but there's an instance to make it a little bigger if its have exercise. in FH you need to make it angry in a little time to active their organs, but in a girl you only need your hands

FYI: its not my idea i only get these from the other people in my local forum, and they prove it on their FH and i prove it to my girl too

So what I have gotten from this is while you can't make the nuh chall considerable bigger but a good diet and lots of "exercise" will make it a bit bigger.

My oscar does this with one of the marbles I have in the tank, he just pushes it around when hes bored.
