How to pellet train

Recently I bought Malabar snakehead (Indian) and I want to train him on pellets can u guys pls help me out to train him to eat pellets.

Nothing got it yesterday, I only pellets at home

If the snakehead is healthy you could wait a few days and offer a couple of pellets.

Yeah it is comparatively healthy and active too

If you have access to seachem garlic guard you could buy a small bottle and soak the pellets

Is the snakehead wild? What was the previous owner/fish store feeding it?

Don’t know , as it was given to störe by the hobbyists and store owner didn’t ask about its diet

Starve it for a few days and it should eat,the most they’ll go is a week or two before they start taking pellets.
