I have a handful of 30g and 40gb glass tanks with holes drilled into the upper back glass panels. What is the best way to fill in these holes? I’d ideally like to do bulkheads with caps, feel like this will be a cleaner look over glass sheets since it’s at the top of the back panel. Any videos, step by step links or list of what to get from the hardware store? Any help would be great

I would measure the hole diameter first of all the tanks in case there is a variation. I personally have not found appropriate size PVC at either hardware or big box stores that would work. You may be able to find plastic electrical fittings that are male thread (to go through the hole) and gaskets on either side plus a PVC cap with teflon tape on the inside of the tank.

You might want to consider just purchasing aquarium bulkhead fittings once you know the appropriate hole size. There is usually a chart on their website that correlates which fitting to use based on the hole size.
