silver fish. you can even use smelt.

I cut the beef heart and pulse it in the food processor to get smaller chunks. Then I freeze it in ice cube trays with a lil water so it dont freezer burn. Cheap and very easy to feed if you make a few trays at a time. Just defrost a cube or drop it in frozen!
