how to preserve a stingray?

My stingray just died and I would like to preserve him but cant get ahold of formaldehyde, i was wondering if there was something i can use for the time being until i can order formaldehyde off the internet....atleast for about a month or two, i heard rubbing alcohol? is there anything better?

go to the guys at the chem store or an under taker they have what you need if not just freeze it. they do that all the time in taxidermy

If you have a freezer with enough space, just toss it in there. It'll be fine for enough time you need to get the formaldehyde and more.

Put him in a nice bowl and freeze him. I read that if you can slightly vibrate the bowl the water will freeze crystal clear allowing you to see him.
