Okay everyone heres a two part video on what I think of and how to prepare up Repashy Superfoods, Spawn and Grow. This is something everyone out there needs to try and I LOVE it, probably more importantly my fish really like it and eat it very well. To those who dont like the idea of the decreased nutrient density in gel foods all I have to say is you never know till you try it but as a pellet feeder to large cichlids this is something I use and will use for some time. you get a very decent amount for the price. thanks everyone for watching and will try and answer any and all questions. thanks for watching:)

I had obtained a free sample of the Soilent Green and found that the flagtail I was raising at the time loved the product. He could slowly graze on it at his leisure. I know when it comes to foods there will always be debate but this stuff is worth a try.
 
i tried the meat pie for my polypterus and they didnt even touch it, but i could of made it wrong idk haven't tried it again
