Was sitting in there eating one day, and this middle age kida wealthy modern hippie couple walk in, scan the menu for about 5 minutes [not exaggerating] and she asks the kid behind the counter "do you not have anything vegetarian?", dead serious, she actually meant it. He stares at her for what seemed like ages but was probably only about 10 seconds and just says "na". She looked genuinely surprised, and said "oh, is that intentional?", which was follored by another long period of silence and a simple "yeah".
The couple walk out, the kid looks at me [I was the only one eating there at the time] and shakes his head, I cracked up laughing, and I think she heard....
