how to setup a good denisonii barb tank

Ok, you could keep 30 tiger barbs, but no tankmates, or 15 odessa barbs and 15 gold barbs,
Also nice looking!
Maybe you find some nice rosy barbs, but wild caught are too big.
There are some smaller, very colorful rainbowfish, like Melanotaenia praecox.
You could combine them with gold barbs too.
 
Despite what I read, I have a group of tiger barb in my 75 that are completely peaceful, and shoal often. They can grow to 2 inch, and with tall body, they are as bulky as Denison. I have the genetically altered glofish type that have more striking color than regular tiger..

I had rosy barbs for a while. Males are intensely red, but engaged in constant battle with one another and fins were never intact. It’s stressful to watch so I couldn't wait to get rid of them.

german dude - i already have 8 types of barb, they are tiger barb, cherry barb, lemon barb, gold barb, five banded barb, rosy barb, tinfoil barb, swamp barb. but never kept denison
what i want is a denisonii tank, but for incase i want to know about a alternative for denisonii , as colourful as it,
 
Siamese algae eater resemble Denison in body shape, markiing, size and schooling behavior. In my tank, they school with my Denison and look like colorless version of Danison.

Brilliant Rasboro resemble Denison in body shape, brilliant color and schooling behavior. I have never had them but read that they are peaceful and can reach good size, up to 2.5+ inch

my dear friends good idea but, i already have two school of i mean 6 Sae , i also have rummynose rasbora, HQ rasbora, slender rasbora and scissor tail rasbora
any other ideas or alternatives please .......
 
Sound like you have more experience with schooling fish than most people. I have not kept half of the fish you mentioned. You should be giving advice than receiving.

Are there any Haludaria fasciata , Puntius nigrofasciatus or Barbus rhomboocellatus in one of your tanks yet?
And if so, you could just take quite any barb, that does not grow to more than 4 inches max size.
Looks like you have many of them.
Did you ever think of going tetras instead?

And I wonder why there is another guy, named "Banerjee" who is new in here, also 27 years old, asking about how to set up a tank exactly the same size as in this thread, but with five different predators?
