Personally all fish have what they call indeterminate groth which in turns means...... if you have a heathy fish....and the right conditions....filtration, diet, tank/pond and also age is key........your fish will just keep getting bigger.... that the reason why they dont have as many monster fish in th ocean like they used to....due to pollution and over fishing.
