How to stock a 125g tank?

I want a pair of cichlids, i ve been looking into:
P. Managuense
N.Tetrachantus
N. Haitiens
P. Dovii

I REALLY want a school of Dovii and keep a pair or a glassbanging male.
Managuense is choice nr.2

I want you to keep in mind that tank size isnt really the matter here cause i will have a bigger tank waiting for the pair of fish.

What's the question? If you want a Dovii, go get some. 125 will work for a bit. Nice choices of fish there. Good luck

I think you should get what you REALLY want... then when they outgrow the 125, you'll have it to stock with one of the other species you mentioned being interested in.

with that size tank, I'd take dovii out of the equation...go with the jag glassbanger or pair of cubans

My guess is he want to raise a handful and get rid of some as they get bigger.

Ive decided as i have never kept Parachromis so ill start with Managuense.
