How to stock a 125g tank?

Ive decided as i have never kept Parachromis so ill start with Managuense.

I REALLY want a school of Dovii and keep a pair or a glassbanging male.
Managuense is choice nr.2

I want you to keep in mind that tank size isnt really the matter here cause i will have a bigger tank waiting for the pair of fish.

I just don't understand why you wouldn't get what you REALLY want when you have the facility to have it...

When I 'settle' for something less than what I REALLY want I am never satisified with it... I think you're setting yourself up for dissappointment...

...it just doesn't make sense to me...

a 125g isn't the "facility" to house a "school" of 2 feet long cichlids, lol

says fish grows to 24 inches in aquarium but can get up to 28 inches. doubt a 125g is sufficient for one let alone a pair. the only thing that may work is if he gets a female and keeps it by itself

my 125g is 6 feet by 18 inches
