Horrible suggestion, my sens grew just under a foot. 55g minimum to house a sen adequately.

Have you ever thought of doing a cherry shrimp tank? You may also be able to sell them once they proliferate too much and a lot of people are always looking for cherry shrimps. Rehome the pleco. Plecos should never be housed in a 5g anyway.
If you want to breed Danios, use a breeding mat. Essentially thick plants, the idea is that some of the eggs are unnoticed by the parents. Works quite well IME.
