How to take care of fish while away for a week

Current doing water change. I did about 60% and now refilling

I’m going to Lake Erie tomorrow for 4 nights. I did a water change today at like 7am because I forget to do it yesterday. Since I’m going on another trip, should I do another water change tonight?
