Well, i remember a few years ago while i was taking a Chemistry college class (for nursing) my professor stated the world will end when the sun burns out--which is a very long time from now.. it will get dark, cold--everything dies, and an ice age will start again..

Who knows--the man was a genius and talked over our heads but had a huge seven eleven cup of alcohol everyday.. go figure

the world didnt end in "the day after tomorrow".

and i think where going to use up our natural resources, not be able to leave earth for some far off luxuriant planet to live, and where all going to starve to death or mutate to smaller beings, eventually turning back into fish (which is good since the ice is melting and we wont have much land left anyways) then as the world heats we will boil and the world will be nothing more than a bowl of salty fish soup.

if your going that route. the sun will actually become larger (forgot the term) burning up all the planets and most likely consuming earth and maybe mars. then it will go super nova style on us and eventually leave a black hole where we used to be.

Nah, Pimples are not parasites.:grinno:

make the freaking water powered car engine. recycle all other carengines, would be a good idea, but people have there heads up there asses/pocketbooks to care, and even though in the long run they would make more of a profit in the long run than just selling the plans off to the govt. so they can be destroyed.

The planet is over 70% water. There are over 25,000 species of fish. They outnumber all other vertebrate life on this planet put together (reptiles, amphibians, birds and mammals). One could say the planet is their's already.

How much energy is consumed to make the freaking "watered powered car engine"?

It has been done before though.

^^You are correct. The term is Red giant, They now say the earth may make it though the biggest of the expansion. I think the result would be a neutron star though, as only the bigger stars go, "super" nova in the first place. A star the size of our sun (medium star) would only go nova. There is another level called "hyper" nova. The bigger the star the bigger the nova and surprisingly the shorter the life of the star. This will all happen 400 billion years from now. By then we will live on Triton though...;) Sorry for getting long winded, but what you said impressed me:)
