How would I build a racking system?

If you want an easy but not the maximum space efficient rack then you could buy some shelving, here is an example of what I’m talking about.

I am using those Dewalt racks in my garage. Nice product but lots of modifications to hold my tanks. Two 75’s, two 65B and a 30 gallon.
