Wondering if maybe I could do a better way of filtering my 120g. Currentlly have a Marineland 530 canister and 2 marineland 400 overhangs. Going to be using those elsewhere. Was wondering If I could get some fellow members to give ideas on how they would filter it.

In the tank are.
3" NTT Datnoid
4" Jardini Arowana
4" Female Dempsey
2" Male EBJD (newly maiting pair, will have own tank soon thinking a 75)
5" Ornate Birchir
3" Royal pleco
2.5" Gold Nugget pleco

id put an FX5 on there in anticipation of the future bio loads when those fish get big

Sump or even a Fx5 or 2 , ( if 2 Fx5's i would persinaly would have 1 full of bio media and the other with half Mech' and half Chem' ) .

Nice combo....I was leaning toward to (2)AC101's and a FilStar Xp3....Sounds like you know your filtration....Try building a wet/dry....Nothing beats wet.dry setups, no matter how simple it is....

cool guys thanks... i was thinking of getting a wet/dry filter. maybe take my 29g and converting it. but it's still up in the air. next up 280g.
