I take it your from Singapore??? if so i'm just curious... is Chewing Gum, Drinking Coke & Smoking on the streets still all illegal???

Actually come to think about it, if i remember correctly theres only one street where you can legally drink on the street???

But yeah either way, i'm sure if i ever went there it would be just a matter of time before i got arrested... i even remember once many many years ago a friend of mine who was a guy and had long hair had his hair CUT at the Singapore Airport coz guys weren't allowed to have long hair...

Coke? I never knew that was illegal... Drinking on the street.
Smoking is legal, except in places where signs saying "no smoking" are put up.
Now you just can't have long hair as a student, and I think most businesses as well.

not sure i would like all these rules either...but just look at the place..prosperous and beautiful.... you need rules to keep it that way..
