Finally got the tank up and running. It’s nice to have a lot of old rock and wood lying around…not so nice that that wood has to sink again ?
For the stocking I have decided on a group of endlers and a pair of Pygmy sunfish.
I also got a group of ghost shrimp that are waiting for this tank to be cycled (which hopefully won’t take long given the media added from other tanks).

If you have a fair bit of mature media in there, you're cycled. I'd start stocking, you will likely be losing ground by starving the bacteria if you wait too long.

Tiny tanks have a nostalgic charm that I never fail to enjoy. My very first tank was half that size! I still look back fondly to those days. :) I hope you update after you get the sunfish.

I’ll start a thread on them. It’s a fish I’ve wanted for a while, then forgot about them when I was thinking of ideas. I’ll bring the shrimp over in a few days. Just want to give this a bit of time to make sure nothing goes horribly wrong.
It will be nice to have a simple tank for a change…

Any ideas on foods for these guys?
I was thinking bug bites.
