Just want to say Hi! from the Pacific Northwest. I've had tanks on and off since I was a kid. And now I'm starting a new tank to try and get my kids interested.

, what size tank will you be starting off with again?
So far I have a 55 gal fresh water tank, I'm using a Rena xP2 for filtration. We have a 10" plecostamus named Frankenstein, 3 small Fruit Tetras, 6 Tbone Rasboras, and 1 Angel.
My kids are the ones who will be picking out the fish, but first they have to research about the compatability of the various choices available in this area.

I also have a 125 gal out in the garage, but no place in the house to put it at this time. But in the future who knows?
