Yeah, I use Kent RO Right. For a few days I was using pure water get my TDS/hardness down. TDS was about 350ppm, now it's about 50ppm, which is really soft water.

Getting close to reef quality there haha. My tank always has a ton of nitrates. Tap comes out at 25 :nilly:

Also watch your Kh anyting below 3* could crash your Ph and kill your fish. Pretty sure you know that but just incase...

There's actually a lot of discussion on the validity of that statement--mostly on other forums. MFK doesn't seem that interested in ph/kh. ;)

Jcardona, do you happen to have that link to one of the planted forums where they were discussing ph/kh in co2 enriched planted tanks on one of the planted forums? I think we were discussing it about 3 months ago?
