yeah he is. they r getting the point across that this bill is ridiculous.
 
I don't even think they had these kinds of regulations in COMMUNIST RUSSIA!
 
i like how they say they would give us time to euthanize our own pets b4 they become illegal.....
 
I am only able to half listen to this, are they saying that pets will have to be euthanized? I thought that what you currently have was allowed to live just not reproduce.
