HR669 ban on importation of many animals, including fish! PETITION!

Opposed to Bill HR669. I want my right to enjoy non-native fish that do not harm our native wildlife, especially when they are properly cared for.
Two questions:
1) does this include saltwater fish being banned too?
2) If yes to question one, can I post this on a saltwater forum and transfer the names over?
