HUGE Drift wood pieces

it looks like softwood, im on the potomac also and alot of that stuff i wouldnt put in my tanks, how hard is it?
 
im the same as you, We only picked up the hardwood. The soft stuff practically breaks in your hand anyways.. This stuff is really heavy and really hard. It also depends on the side of the river your on. With the flow rates and the tow and the tides. I had put a few pieces out the day before and they were gone when i cam back the following day. They were about 15ft out (water is way to cold for me to be going in after and they were on the bottom AGAIN)... But these are really nice. I didnt pick up just random pieces.

On another note... Hows the 350Z rollen?!?!?! Ima have to come out there and roll when i get the NEW EVO in june!!!
 
ok glad you checked them out first, i see alwesome pieces all the time but they dont meet my criteria.. some of those pieces you got are bad ass, we should go doo some collecting in great falls, nothing but hard wood up there!

And the Z is good, went on a cruise yesterday through some twisties with a buncha guys, bring the evo and see if you can keep up ahahah
