Huge fish that can cohab with tiny fish?

In my 450g I keep 4 large arowana, all over 25", 32" tire track eel, 14" BGK, 10" flagtail, 4x 9" G. abalios, some large angelfish and some 4x 5" silver dollars.
With these i also keep a school of black skirt or red minor tetras, 3 dwarf bristlenose plecos and a clown pleco. I haven't lost a pleco since introduction, year and a half. I do however lose about a tetra per week
not sure who the culprit is, but I suspect the BGK.

i know he can not catch them,
but he never tries.
Pacu would work if well fed and on herbivore diet.
Only concern would be small fish get plowed over by his giant tank body...
