Heres my problem, nice of marineland to replace, but you need to ship them your heaters(they pay for shipping) and ship you new ones. Great plan if you have enough heaters to last the time in-between.

Yeah, I spoke to them today. They're emailing a shipping label which they said would take 3-5 days. For an email??
