Hi all recently I lost almost all my fish in my 125 to ich and I'm starting to think about what to replace them with once everything is better in the tank. I was looking at hujeta gars and I thought I could probably get one or so for my tank. My question is, could I fit one in there and if so how many since I know they are schooling fish.
Thanks, Connor

I’d get like 3-4 for the 125. That’ll be a good group for your tank.

probably nit a good idea. Hujetas are not robust enough to handle a grown Oscar IMO

Well she(I'm assuming its a she) isn't aggressive to any others even while feeding and its just a grown out for her until most likely this summer when I can get a bigger tank for it.

+1. I would pass on the hujeta gars due to tankamtes. Keep in mind cichlids temperaments can change as the fish get older. Even a bichir can take them down due to slim profile if a lower jaw.
