heh...... its not really off topic........ very good point....... I believe the root essence of our existence is directly linked to that........ PROCREATION....... and that is linked to money and success.......... :thumbsup:
 
Most primates contain the "compassion" trait, aswell as other "society oriented" mammals.

This is good for discussion. I'm not offended at all and agree with you a lot. I agree with PeacockBass, a lot of animals help the weaker ones. This is good and smart as a species because you'll get help when you need it if you help others now. However, I think that it isn't fair to assume the underclass is dumb and lazy and that's why they're the underclass, it's more like social reproduction. I can't help but think the class they're in gives them those characteristics. The rich get richer because one advantage leads to another, and the poor lose out in general because they're continually disadvantaged. Humans in our society don't help as much as you think, check out some discussions in sociology and you'll see what I mean. People are selfish and will protect their own benefits first then give close to minimal to those that need it. And to top it all off there are people that take advantage of things given that aren't supposed to receive it.

True....... but Its also been documented that the Alpha Male will kill or run off any lesser male or offspring that may not be sutible to run the group.........
 
I agree with you for the most part but there are a couple of things that I would like to add.

What you are referring to is called Eugenics, basically preventing stupid or unhealthy people from breeding to better the race/humankind. I tend to be a little more extreme in my view when it comes to this because I feel that people who are too weak to fight off addictions, have a criminal past, and family medical conditions such as heart problems… I do not think these people should be breeding. Whenever I state this, it lights up way too many sparks.

Another thing I would like to add is that we are not in fact going backwards as far as intelligence goes. It is a proven fact that with every generation an average IQ rises. I just feel that this process should be by far faster.

Another extreme personal view that I have is I find religion to be the downfall and cause of most of these problems.

I didnt mean to imply that all the underclass is dumb and lazy......... that would be just ignorant.......... Infact i would consider the majority of my lifetime was spent in the "under class".......... I'm not going to get into my past but I truely believe that YOU are in total control of your desitiny........ no matter what roadblocks or detour's life throws at you...........

I know alot of dumb and lazy "upperclass" people as well.........
Have you ever met someone in the latter part of their lives and wondered.........
How the hell did they manage to survive this long without getting hit by a car or shot for being sooooo :swear:
