In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway. - Tyler Durden

I didnt mean to imply that all the underclass is dumb and lazy......... that would be just ignorant.......... Infact i would consider the majority of my lifetime was spent in the "under class".......... I'm not going to get into my past but I truely believe that YOU are in total control of your desitiny........ no matter what roadblocks or detour's life throws at you...........

I know alot of dumb and lazy "upperclass" people as well.........
Have you ever met someone in the latter part of their lives and wondered.........
How the hell did they manage to survive this long without getting hit by a car or shot for being sooooo :swear:

i agree with you to an extent, i think if we had infinite time and aptitude, each person can do anything, but life is short and each roadblock can take years to correct, it's fortunate that we live in a society where if you really try hard enough you can rise to a new class, unfortunately there are a small number of people that gets hit with so many tragedies in their lives that they are forced to live their lives differently of how they would otherwise

i have met a lot of people (not necessarily in the latter part of their lives) that have made me wonder how they survived this long, some of them were dumb and lazy "upperclass" punks :swear:, they were such idiots that i'm sure if they weren't extremely lucky in their births and lives that they'd be dead

I'm no stranger to "bad luck" my life has not been a bed of roses......... yet I will not use any of those "downfalls" as excuses......... infact I take responsiblilty for problems that i didnt even create.......... that way I'm not a "victim" instead i can figure a way out of the "hole"..........

I'm not so sure about God........... but I do believe in direct and indirect Karma...... Everything has its ups n downs..........

I agree with everything you said oddballer...except a lack in compasion with animals. Dogs (and wolves), lions, cetacians, primates, elephants, many birds and other animals take care of sick, orphened, old or injured members of their species...and in some cases, members of other species.

You outta read a couple books, both "Ishmeal" and "The Third Chimpanzee" discuss a lot of this. In Ishmeal it says that we need to let the starving starve and stuff like that. Sounds awful but in order to preserve our species natural selection has to kick in, there are too many bad genes floating around. I am always afraid to talk about this with people...makes me sound like Hitler but is is the awful truth.

In the other books it basically explains that humans are animals, and there is really nothing special about us. Everything we posess some other animal has as well, we just have a unique combination that allows us to become something a little bit more.

I think i'm on the same page. Pass a test in order to breed.
Too many people pop out crotch droppings in order to collect welfare...in this case its no longer a child, its a trophy (and then this kid will grow up to break into my house...generally speaking)

I'm pretty damn cold when it comes to a lot of things, so they are better off unmentioned.

I also see all humans as greedy to a certain extent. Do we help people because its the right thing to do, or because it makes us feel better about ourselves?
if you do it because it makes you feel good (im sure a lot of us do) then you may be helping someone, but you're doing it for yourself.

LOL at the kid growing up to break into your house..............

As far as people helping others as a indirect way to please themselves i agree......... they say there's no such thing as a selfless act....... even giving money to charity........ in a sense is for some type of self gratification..........

Yeah I felt a bit like Hitler wrighting the original thread.........

this reminds me of an argument from Socrates/Plato that said only few men can govern themselves and the majority shouldn't be allowed to, the ones with wisdom should be the ones to do it (such as philosophers)

too bad we have smucks on top running the country because let's say their dads were high ranking officials or their brothers held an important position and their families have wealth and power

anyway...point is it has nothing or very little to do with breeding, great people produce smucks, and smucks produce great people, you never know

kinda makes me think about how i hear peopel say we should help people in 3rd world countrys because theyre starving and suffering. and my most favorite phrase "how would you feel if you where them and no one wanted to help you"

my response is im not them and thats all that matters

people need to die in order for us to go on. and if i ever end up in a stuation like that, then thats too bad for me.

I can honestly say sir, that I am weak. I'm not strong enough to deal with the world we live in. Theres to much stupidity, greed, and hate and it makes me sick to be quite honest. And i won't go any further than that.
