Theres not many african cichlids that grow nuchual humps this is usually seen in ca/sa cichlids for example midas get big nuchual humps and yes it is built up of fat.... they are boosted by many things not just diets genes, water changes, and it has to be the dominant fish in the tank.... peacocks dont get nuchual humps lolTom LoFaro;4917587;4917587 said:Nuchal Humps, they're common in cichlids.
