Hump on my cichlids

If they are that young, you may be overfeeding them, causing fatty deposits on their head. I would cut back to once a day.
 
My Lawana peacock has a hump too and my copadichromis borleyi also has one. They are full grown and a little overweight. Maybe that's what it is, feeding too much. I use to feed twice a day but now I am reducing it to once a day feedings, so we'll so if the humps go away.
 
yeah idk humps on peacocks are not the most normal but if their behavior is normal I wouldn't be worried....nice camera too by the way haha

Makes perfect sense. They do seem overweight. I'll cut back on the feeding and see.
