i had snails didn't do anything and they inbreed to death se sex can be bad but good for us

Yeah, you only get about a 50-50 chance that they inbreed to death. They might just purdge all of the bad genes and you end up with a very healthy and overwhelming snail population.

If you have a large enough tank then definitely clown loaches, they love em!

I dont know about anyone else but my oscar loves snails aswell... stay away from the bottled stuff that gets rid of the snails - harmful to your fish

I hate those snails, I had a tank infested with those things once argh!! I got a junk load of clown loach's they solved the problem. If you did that you would have to take out your shrimp of course. If not I would agree with the salt idea if you dont have a planted tank - if you do then try the wash out idea. O___o I just washed my tank out after the clown loaches ate pretty much everything and let it sit and then added in this snail remover stuff I got at my lfs then cleaned the tank again let it sit, then re-cleaned then put all my fish back in and no more snails!
