Why is it that every time a new animal is found, it was found by a hunter who blasted it? I like to maim animals as much as the next guy, but my train of thought is not: "Wow, that animal is different. It doesn't look like anything I have ever seen. BLAM! There, now I can take it to the DNR for ID."

haha. yea hybridisation happens all the time with lots of things, whales, dolphins, elephants, jaguars, whatever floats your boat (obv not all these things together). is it necessary to kill polars? they like a menace or population over run, or something?
