Just let me set up three fish ponds outside for there to be a storm. what LUCK! Our street floods really bad, to the point where even with a slanted driveway the water still comes up to the door. Expected 6-10 inches of rain here...thats grazy.
I hope everyone in the keys does well. As for everyone else not in south FL.. suck it up its just 3 days of lots of rain and some wind!!! You think FL people would be used to this by now.. Unless its a big hurricane (cat 3 up - then I will be worried) its really not that big of a deal - all FL people deal with this almost every year I would think you people would be used to it. Sorry I just think you all are crazy for getting hyped up over it. (unless you are in the keys - thas more understandable).

Uhm yah they should be but an Island I would think would be a little worse to be on and its thier choice for living there but I would be more worried if I had a house on an island then in orlando. Yes obviously its their choice to live where they live so they have to deal with it. Just like someone on a coast or beach - If your going to live there then thats you choice and you have to except what happen when a hurricane comes through. I never said anything about anyone on the coast weather they should or shouldnt worry. I said unless you live in South FL (including the coast) then I wouldnt worry because they are the ones that are going to be getting it worse then us and I was only talking about the Cat. 1 hurricane. People in Orlando or anywhere else in central area shouldnt worry becuase they are getting a tropical storm which is just rain and wind so I dont see the need for us up here to be hyped about it.

i hope you are all doing okay... getting very frustrating that i cannot get through by phone to my sister today..... last we spoke last night she is surrounded now by flooding... just awful.. and she said the mosquitos are unreal...and the thing is stalled so the rain continues.... in the melbourne area.
