About a month ago I got two convicts which are now like..... 3-4 inches and i was wandering how can I get them into breeding mode. Should i change 10 percent of water every day or feed them nothing but live foods??

Seriously, these cons are prolly the same sex, fridget, or in a tiny tank. How do you keep them? Tank size, temp, feeding etc.

if there same sex.. just hope there ***. hehehehe if there not enough room... think about would you like to have sex in a closet? do get them going change 20 % of the water and put cooler water in. feed them blood worms, and change water every day. does one of your cons have an orange spot on the side?
Two *** convicts.... Is that even possible...Hmmm,naw:j/k: I guess i forgot to mention that one was a male and the other is a female. Both of them "MALE" and "FEMALE"
are both in a 55 gallon aquaria with numerous caves and logs and 2 jewel cichlids. Temps are at a constant 77 degrees and right now im feeding him and her cichlid flakes, frozen brine shrimp, and krill.

this is very odd they should be paired up by now. hmm give emm another month and if nothing happens get a new pair
On a side note, is it possible to go to the LFS and pick up a pair of convicts that will breed? They sell them at about 2 inches and I'm not sure how to sex them.
the female has an orange spot on the sides as to the male will have longer fins. and most cons have breed if kept in a lfs tank full of them.
