I currently have a grammode x cuban pair and in the past I've bred HRP x sajica. However, these were unintentional. I think it would be difficult to pair these fish on purpose. Best bet would be to throw a male of one species in with a bunch of females of another species and hope for the best.
All central american cichlids can hybridize, I suggest u get 6 species you like for example( Jack dempsey, red devil, texas, convict, fire mouth, and flowerhorn/ parrot) make sure there are different sexes and by having different species of different sex you will force them to hybridize with each other. This works for me everytime.
I HAVE ALWAYS KEPT CENTRAL AMERICAN COMMUNITY TANKS AND SOONER OR LATER THERE ALWAYS SOME JUNGLE FEVER TAKING PLACE. i HAVE FOUND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM NOT TO CROSS. HJORNY LITTLE BASTARDS. HERE IS MY LIST TO DATE.
Red Devil x Xiloensis
Black Belt x Honduran Redpoint
Flowerhorn x Red Devil
Sajica x Convict
