Good luck. I hope you can get this sorted. Never heard of an infertile egg laying female.
Is the texas a hybrid, if not then try to get ur hands on a bigger and manlier male for her.
I think the female is not letting the male get near the eggs when she is laying.
There's this trick these breeders use to breed with overly aggressive females but I don't want to give it out since these guys used their imagination to get it done.
Try to figure something out. I gave you the problem so I'm sure you can come up with a solution, Good luck

She has definitely been fanning the eggs the whole time. As you can see... she won't even move when I get close for pics.
Dude remove the female and male from the eggs .... because till yesterday night my eggs were good my female is fanning them but today mrng i cant even see one eggs in my tank... they have been eaten by the female so remove the parents and let the eggs hatch by them self... then ur wish....
Man Crush you have done all I suggested and from the pics of this last spawn i think you may be right on this girl for now at least. I know some on here have seen way more spawns of these hybrids but those eggs look off in shape and size to what i get from my fish. Also that has to be the loosest spawn i have ever seen, they cover halfway around that big pot with gaps everywhere in spawn. Again all my girls and many from others belonging to friends are in tight grouping with most touching each other even on my biggest spawn of over a thousand.
Also just because your male proved fertile in the past it does not mean he is not shooting blanks right now for whatever reason. Now that they have accepted each other as mates you might separate them for a few weeks to a month till she is good and full of eggs.
