I have 3-4 of these odd colored fry I got from my old guppy breeding group. They look like endlers but I'm almost certain they're not pure endlers as the mother was definitely a guppy. Is it possible the mother hybridized with a male endler? The fry are green, purple-blue, and orange when colored up and have endler color patterns. Are they hybrids, pure endlers, or pure guppies?

Most certainly the guppy may have spawned with an Endler's male. There are more Endler's x guppy hybrid strains available than pure Endler's strains.

However, your pics show what appears to be either wild guppy strains or fancy x wild culls. Not Endler's livebearers.

After a quick google search of wild guppies they look exactly like them. Thanks Oddball!

to be fair, they looks like a feeder guppy.

Sometimes feeders turn out to be endlers. I got 30 for a dollar around 10 years ago didn't know anything about the differences then and bred them to my fancy guppies. Now I have little mini fancy guppies with weird recessive traits that pop up occasionally.

Those fish are most certainly not pure bred endlers. They are at best a hybrid. N-class Endlers are rarely found in pet stores.
Here is an informational video about pure bred endlers. There is also a great video about Hybrid Endlers on my you tube page. The Dave Enjoy.
