They dont really look that different. Probably gonna look like 50/50 sajica convict fry.

Yes, I had one years ago it was cool looking but not colourful in any way, here is a really crappy 2mp phone camera pic (it's all i had at the time)
I had a sajica breed with a convict/spilirum hybrid. The babies kept the characteristic thick center bar of the Sajica and its blue yes. They also had mixed markings of a convict and a blue base color. I think they showed more sajica and spilirum traits than con traits.
Make sure if you raise them that if/when you part with them, the person receiving them knows exactly what they are.

quite surprised that they spawned really as they are both only young. convicts 1.25" and the sajica 1.75"

It takes a few spawns to get it right. Give them a few more tries.

Why are you encoraging this? if the fry do eventually grow out hopefully they get used as feeders rather than passed around the hobby, making it harder to find pure cichlids
