at what size i should expect a kok to appear?

With the Syn blood being dominant in the spawn, their heads may just square off like a syn., so color would be the essential goal for this breeding in my opinion. To reintroduce genetics for head, breed back to the Father and in F2 you can cull according to body shape keeping color as the second variable...there may be a kokster in there yet, but at this point I'd see it as the next element to add to the gene pool.
