+1 on this, they have there place as a lot of them are very pretty, my biggest issue with them is when they are misrepresented as pure

That's the way I feel about hybrids and unfortunately anyone with a 30 gallon can make hundreds of cichlid hybrids. At least with rays you have to be pretty experienced to breed them but I guess that doesn't necessarily mean responsible
